Welcome to my photography portfolio! My name is Casper, and I'm a passionate photographer based in Amsterdam.

Photography was a big part of my childhood, as my father, mother and grandfather were all into photography. While my parents loved to take photos recreationally, my grandfather used to be a professional photographer. Maybe I inherited some of his genes.

My own adventure started during my study where I was surrounded by a lot of creative people that inspired me to visualize my ideas. In the beginning I borrowed my mom’s camera and started with landscape photography. After some time, I bought my first camera and developed my skills while going on some inspiring travels.

I believe that photography is a powerful tool for storytelling, and my goal as a photographer is to capture not just images, but moments – those fleeting instances in life that are gone in the blink of an eye. Through my lens, I strive to create images that evoke emotion, tell a story, and ultimately capture the essence of the subject.

My photography style is natural, candid and primarily focused on using natural light. I believe that the best photographs are often the ones that are captured in the moment, with minimal direction and interference. In my portfolio, you'll find a range of photographs from various genres including fashion, portraits, travel and lifestyle.
